1.
Clubs wishing to participate MUST first secure a place in
the Festival (s) of their choice by contacting the U 9 manager
of the host club well in advance of the relevant event date.
If entries are over-subscribed entrance will be dealt with on a
“first come first served” basis.
2.
The August Festival will determine the winner of the
Hunslet Nelson Challenge Trophy for 2009
3. Clubs will be seeded following their performances in
the preceding Festivals.
4. Details of
the draw will be advised to clubs after the results of the
Second July Festival are known.

programme by Hunslet Nelson CC)
